We’re a transportation and logistics company that focuses purely on trade show and exposition freight.

Why choose Purexpo rather than ship with show management?

Show management is interested in one show and one show only. As soon as their show is over, they’re done. They don't stick around to make sure it gets back to you intact, on time or to the next show in the same manner. We want to develop a lasting relationship to manage the tradeshow logistics for all your shows, in all the cities you exhibit, all year long.

What is a Material Handling Agreement?

It’s the contract that show management uses to track and direct your trade show booth and material within the exhibit hall setting. It tells them where it should go, who is responsible for the transportation and it allows us to track the shipment with show management.

How do I get a quote?

Does Purexpo deliver my materials directly to my booth?

In most cases, the show venue is managed by a company that arranges for the material handling within the venue itself. Many times, these are under union contract, so we’re only allowed to deliver to the dock of the venue.

Do I still have to pay show management for material handling if I use Purexpo for transportation?

Yes, but their material handling charges cover the movement of the material within the venue only and are standard throughout the industry. They apply whether Purexpo or show management handles your shipping.

Does Purexpo ship to both the advanced warehouse and show site?

Absolutely. We can arrange for shipping to any location by your required deadline. We can merge shipments from multiple locations in transit to deliver at the same location on the same day. We can pickup at one location with delivery to to multiple locations, or vice versa.

Can I purchase extra liability insurance for my materials?

Yes. Additional charges will apply for any coverage above the carriers’ standard liability, Purexpo will be happy to coordinate extra coverage on your behalf.

What does it mean when my materials have been "forced"?

This occurs when the show management gives your freight to their partner-carrier instead of the carrier that Purexpo arranged. It can result in additional fees and higher shipping charges. Avoid it by letting us prepare your material handling agreement before the show breaks.
